Clients Are Required to Wear Face Coverings
Due to the spike in COVID-19 cases in Washington State, Governor Jay Inslee and Sec. of Health John Wiesman announced a statewide requirement for businesses to require face covering of all employees and customers. This means that real estate brokers may not provide in-person services (including showings, inspections, walk-throughs, etc.) to clients who do not wear a face covering, unless a medical exemption applies.
