Happy New Year!
Although we are off to a somewhat bumpy
start, I remain hopeful that this new year will bring healing and peace. I
encourage you to focus on the good in your life and in the world. The more we
all do this, the more positivity there will be.
On the home front, we are still in the midst of a couple of
projects. The bathroom is coming along, and I may even get to shower in my
house before the next newsletter. My backyard is now fully fenced, and Lola
loves the freedom to roam and ignore my pleas to come in from the rain and mud.
I am really looking forward to the installation of turf next week.
A picture from our family Christmas celebration. Who ever thought
we would be “Zooming” at a campfire! At least the rain held off for a few hours
and we had a very enjoyable time before our very wet hike.
