If you are in the market, or have read the news, it is true- the market is CRAZY! Low inventory has triggered mulple offers on nearly every listing. Asking prices are just a minimium starting point. Great for sellers, no fun, and very frustrating for buyers. I tell my buyer clients that they have to “play to win”, which means hanging in there, making offers and trusting that their offer will ultimately prevail. Again, who do you know who wants or needs to sell? Now is the time.
