While summer is technically not quite over as I right this, this week first week after Labor Day has marked the arrival of our fall market. We are already seeing a pick up in buyer activity after a relatively quiet end of August. AND, interest rates are going down…. As people get back into their “everyday” routines, we are seeing signs that buyers are looking at
homes with more intentionality and sellers are ready to sell!
