I try to make time daily to reflect on the things in my life I am grateful for, and that bring me joy. Here are a few:

My good health and wellness. The above picture was a big deal for me, I trained for a couple months and got personal records in all 3 events; a 250lb deadlift, 132 kettlebell (12 kg) snatches, 48 second flexed arm hang.
